Metal Fabrication
A Full-Service Metal Fabrication Experience
Metal fabrication transforms raw metal materials into finished products or components.
This process can involve shearing, stamping, drilling, and more, and is usually followed by a slew of finishing services to produce strong, smooth and reliable products for a wide range of industries.
Here at VMS, we'll help you select the right materials, finesse your design, and then utilize automatic and manual processes to produce custom, high-quality results. And, we offer a whole collection of finishing services in-house, so you can go from start to finish under one roof.
The VMS Advantage
We provide a number of key advantages to help our metal fabrication clients get ahead of the competition.
Diverse Capabilities
Unlike some other suppliers, VMS offers both automatic and manual metal fabrication in-house. Not only does this allow us to produce higher-quality products in less time and at lower costs, which translates to significant savings for our clients, but it also means we can handle complicated jobs with ease and efficiency.
Design Engineering
Thanks to years of experience, extensive industry knowledge, and innovative thinking, our team of design engineers will help perfect your product design and material selection to ensure an unbeatable result. Whether you’re in the early stages of developing a new product or need guidance on updating an existing design, our design engineers will help you create something groundbreaking.
In-House Value
Keeping your project in-house from start to finish helps you save time and slash production costs. In addition to our custom metal fabrication capabilities, we offer finishing services like welding, polishing, burnishing, and more, so you can go from prototype to production under one roof.
Standard and Custom Tooling Options
We'll align our tooling resources with your budget and timeline to get the job done. As a VMS client, you'll be able to choose from our vast collection of current in-house tool dies, or work closely with our tooling engineer to make modifications. If neither of those options work, we'll design and build a brand new tool that perfectly matches your project's unique criteria.
Global Sourcing
Our global sourcing team combines in-house coordination with on-the-ground efforts in the international marketplace to expand your sourcing options from both domestic and international suppliers.
Quality Certifications
Our manufacturing facilities are all ISO certified (ISO 9001), and our team of experts is well-versed in UL, CSA, NSF, ETL, and CE standards.
